Bitgold first deposit by Bitcoin

If you have created an account using a referral link and received some bonus gold - you should know that it can be taken from you if you have not deposited and do not log in regularly (at least once every 60 days).

Here are the relevant parts of the terms:

"11.2

Promotional Balances are equal in value and redemption rights to traditional BitGold balances in your BitGold Account provided:

• the recipient of the Promotional Balance has logged into their BitGold Account at least once over a sixty (60) day period following deposit of the Promotional Balance.
• the recipient of the Promotional Balance has made a deposit of funds into their BitGold Account at least once over a sixty (60) day period following deposit of the Promotional Balance.

11.3

If the recipient of the Promotional Balance has not logged into their BitGold Account for a period exceeding sixty (60) days, and no external deposits of funds has been made into the BitGold Account during such period, BitGold may, at BitGold's discretion, reclaim the Promotional Balances to BitGold's own resources as an unclaimed promotion."
